  • What does excavation include?
    Excavating services include (re)moving soil, rocks, and debris to prepare a site for construction or utility installation. At Tyler Ten, this covers site preparation, pad excavation, trenching, grading, and haul-off if needed.
     

  • How do I know if I need excavation before building?
    If your property needs leveling, grading, or access for utilities, excavation is usually required before construction. We can assess your site and recommend exactly what's needed for a stable foundation and proper drainage
     

  • Do you handle both residential and commercial excavation?
    Yes. We provide excavating services for residential projects, steel building pads, driveways, mobile home sites, and commercial projects such as office pads or trenching for utility installation.
     

  • What equipment do you use for excavation?
    We use excavators, skid steers, dump trailers, and even bulldozers, depending on the size and scope of the project. We match the equipment to the goals for any site. 
     

  • Can you help with trenching for water or sewer lines?
    Yes. We dig trenches for water, sewer, septic, and electrical lines. We also work with utility locators and inspectors to ensure everything is done to code and ready for inspection.
     

  • How long does excavation take?
    This is a question we can't answer without specifics. What we can tell you is that we will provide the answer before we start work. Our time frame for completion will be included in our contract. We take our commitments very seriously and deadlines are kept.
     

  • Do you offer grading and drainage correction too?
    Absolutely. We correct slope, install drainage systems and ditches, and make sure water flows as designed.
     

  • How much does excavation cost?

Pricing depends on site conditions, size, and scope of work. We offer free estimates and                  provide accurate estimates that reflect pricing that takes into consideration contingencies and based

on our experience. We offer competitive prices that factor in our efficiencies.
